1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop www.khanumeketab.com (hereinafter referred to as "online shop").

2. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the "Buy now" button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
Confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent immediately after the order is submitted via email.
A purchase agreement only comes into effect when we confirm the shipment of the goods via email.

3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices quoted are final prices in accordance with § 19 UStG (small business regulation).
Therefore, no sales tax is shown.

Shipping costs will be charged separately.

4th delivery

Delivery within Germany is handled by DHL or another shipping provider.
Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days after receipt of payment.
Should any delays occur, the customer will be informed immediately.

The account will be debited immediately after the order is completed.
